When Superbad catapulted Jonah Hill onto the spotlight, few of us probably could have ever imagined the actor/director would one day become a tastemaker/designer for a company with as much clout as adidas. But after nailing the attitude/feeling and style of his period piece, Mid90s, it seems he knows one decade pretty darn well.

After putting his signature touch on the iconic Superstar, Hill employs a similar aesthetic on another classic close to his heart and reminiscent of his youth… the Samba. Following a similar design process, the new Samba begins with a full-grain leather base layer, reinforced by smooth suede along the toe box, stripes, and lacing system. Samba branding has been stitched in the same graffiti-like font and is back up by the J.H. initials and exposed stitching on the heel.
