The acclaimed, cosmpolitan, forward thinking aesthetic versatility of Yoon Ahn’s AMBUSH label and the century and change’s worth of timeless Converse style renew their collaborative relationship, with a new utilitarian boot design. 

Where the previous collaboration offered an ambitous, experimental take on the Pro Leather silhouette modeled after the subarctic conditions ‘Bunny Boot,’ this time around, AMBUSH’s functional muse comes from Converse’s own historical output. 

The iconic Chuck Taylor silhouette receives an outdoors ready makeover, with features inspired by a Converse freshwater fishing wader that dates back nearly 110 years. A rugged, woven polyester upper, rubberized toecap and mudgard, and outsized lug soles provide a classic sense of water repellent outdoors utility, while a monochromatic colorway and minimalist text branding bring a modern, industrial sensibility.
