After serving as a canvas for Jun Takahashi’s aggressive modernism, the Nike Daybreak returns to its 1979 form. Thanks to a simple, pleasing 1970s design, its popularity with genuine runners and a paucity of reissues over the past forty years, the Daybreak is a longtime cult favorite amongst Nike enthusiasts.
The waffle sole equipped, EVA cushioned, nylon/suede construction of the original Daybreak is outfitted in minimalist, tonal cream and white with a classic gum rubber colored take on the waffle outsole.
