The Autumn/Winter 2019 offerings from Napa by Martine Rose, the union of acclaimed menswear designer Martine Rose and the upscale outdoors adventurism of Italian label Napapijri is touted as being for “those who don’t take themselves too seriously.” 

Archival Napapijri pieces are updated with a DIY sensibility. The resulting clash of elements like hand drawn stripes, animal prints and obligatory subculture plaid with the high tech, bold outlook of 90s sportswear brings a fresh perspective to both components. 

Made from a unique patchwork construction of striped print components, Napa by Martine Rose present what is easily the closest thing we have in real life to a football jersey that Roy Batty may have worn.
