The brainchild of designer Hardy Blechman, Maharishi has produced its award-winning pacifist military designs since 1994.  The roots of Maharishi, and offshoot label MHI, lay in Blechman’s former career in the military surplus clothing trade, which inspired Blechman to take the concept of repurposing to a new level.

These embroidered sweatpants feature a varsity style MA23 logo and have been constructed from a soft organic cotton sweat. The MA23 logo is in-filled with DPM: Monster Tiger camo – a rare pattern that was found in Vietnamese tailor shops who offered modifcations to U.S. soldiers on tour during the Vietnam war. These track pants can complete a full tracksuit with matching MA23 crew sweat.
