Japan’s Neighborhood label acknowledges and celebrates worldwide cool and counterculture with their own unique perspective and stylistic touch. This time around, Neighborhood’s inherent edge and elements of danger meet their match as they collaborate with Dr. Martens on two classic silhouettes. 

Born in DM’s original Wollaston factory, which began production more than 6 decades ago, both the 1461 and the 2976 are Made in the UK styles constructed from Dr. Martens’ Smooth leather, featuring an all-black colorway except for the contrasting white paint splatter that appears on both silhouettes. A reflective heel strip adds to the shoe’s technical makeup while all-white welt-stitching is used in place of the traditional yellow.
