The brainchild of designer Hardy Blechman, Maharishi has produced its award winning pacifist military designs since 1994.  The roots of Maharishi, and offshoot label MHI, lay in Blechman’s former career in the military surplus clothing trade, which inspired Blechman to take the concept of repurposing to a new level.

 In the first of a series of releases, Maharishi continues to work alongside The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts — this time celebrating the Lunar Year of the Ox. The limited-release, organic cotton T-Shirt features artwork based on Andy Warhol’s famous 1966 Cow screenprint series.
