When Nike unveiled Nigeria’s eye catching jerseys and training apparel prior to the 2018 World Cup, the global reaction was a near instantaneous, international declaration of love, as the appeal went far beyond simply getting behind the Super Eagles campaign. 

The latest federation to receive the full creative overhaul from Nike is South Korea. Since 2001, South Korea have sported a tiger, symbolizing courage, pride and good fortune, as their federation crest. The newest design of the team’s tiger crest has taken on a more streamlined form than ever, with this stylized sleekness informing the entire collection. 

Naturally, a soccer collection should include a footwear component, which, in this case, is the legendary Air Presto, complete with T-Shirt sizing. The striking, white tiger striped pattern from the new South Korean away shirt is applied to the Presto’s neoprene upper, with the external lacing/support structure sporting red and blue, and a South Korean flag design at the heel.
